We don’t design the whole month at once, because plans change. Posts are designed a few days before the first one is due and sent to you together — four batches a month, whether your plan is 12 posts or 30. Same three choices on each one.

Each post lands on your page finished — images, caption and hashtags — on the date it was planned for. Post it yourself in a couple of taps, or let us do it once auto-posting arrives.
Hear nothing from you? On the plan, we take silence as approval after two days and start designing, so your month isn’t held up by an email you didn’t see — you get a reminder first. On the finished posts there’s no deadline at all: each one goes out on its own date unless you ask us to hold it.
Your first post goes out within a week. We don’t make you wait for the 1st. Your plan reaches you about a day after you join, and the first post is scheduled around five days out — room for you to read the plan and see the designs without either being rushed.
Ask for a change and we redo it. A topic you don’t like, something you’d rather we never mentioned, a design that isn’t right. Drop a post after it’s been designed and we’ll write a fresh idea to replace it, though that one may land a few days after the date you first saw. Want a date moved? Tell us and we’ll move it.

How the free trial works
Questions, answered
Do I need to share my Instagram password?
Never. If you choose to let us post for you, you connect your account through Instagram’s own secure login, and we never see or store your password. That feature is still going through Instagram’s approval — for now your posts arrive ready for you to post yourself, and nothing about your account is connected at all.
Will I be charged after the free trial?
No. We don't ask for a card during the trial. You only pay if you choose a plan.
How fast will I get my trial posts?
Your first posts arrive by email the next morning, in your own time zone. We release the rest during your 7-day trial, the same way we would work together month to month.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every post waits for your approval, and you can send notes on anything you'd like adjusted.
Can you use my own photos?
Yes. Add them in the form or send them anytime and we'll use them in your posts.
Who owns the posts?
You do. Every post we make for you is yours to keep and use.
Can I cancel anytime?
